At Nuvora Jewellery, we work with care to get your jewellery into your hands as soon as possible. We want the wait to be worth it, so here's exactly how we handle your order:

1. Processing Times Every piece of jewellery goes through a quality check before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
  • During this period, we prepare your package, verify the details and hand it over to the courier. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Delivery Times Once the package has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 8 to 12 business days.
  • Please note that these timeframes start from the moment the package leaves our facilities, not from the moment of purchase.

3. Possible Delays Although we always do our best to meet our timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to external factors:

  • Periods of high demand (such as Christmas, Black Friday, Easter or special launches).
  • Delays on the part of the courier companies or disruptions in the logistics network beyond Nuvora Jewellery's control.
  • Adverse weather conditions or transport strikes.

We appreciate your patience in these cases; our commitment is that your jewellery always reaches you safely.

4. Order Tracking We know you can't wait to wear your new piece! As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your package in real time.

5. Important Information

  • Shipping addresses: Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed deliveries: If the courier is unable to reach you after several attempts, the package may be returned to our facilities. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
